Delivery Time

We are committed to providing fast delivery services based on pickup and drop-off distance. In some specialized services, delivery may take as little as 30 minutes through our fleet.

Working Hours

The company operates 24/7 or according to scheduled hours in coordination with partners (such as businesses, restaurants, and e-commerce stores) to ensure a smooth order flow.

Re-delivery

If the customer is unavailable, delivery will be rescheduled in accordance with the policy of the store from which the purchase was made.

2. Shipping & Prohibited Items

The company complies with local regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The following items are strictly prohibited from shipping

  • Flammable or explosive materials
  • Illegal substances (such as drugs or intoxicants)
  • Cash and valuable jewelry (unless arranged with special handling and insurance)

4. Technical Integration Policy (For Partners & Merchants)

Responsibility

Merchants are responsible for providing accurate address details (including latitude and longitude) and correct customer phone numbers to ensure successful automated delivery.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before being assigned to a courier. Once a courier has been dispatched, delivery fees may apply.

Refunds

“Alshrouq Express” acts as a delivery intermediary. Therefore, refund policies are subject to the original store from which the purchase was made. However, the company can handle reverse logistics if agreed upon.

6. Quality & Safety Policy

Driver Training

The company is committed to training more than 3,000 drivers to meet the highest standards of professionalism and accuracy.

Food Safety
